The Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, governs access requests for records held by Texas governmental bodies. It does not set privacy rights for data held by this privately operated website. For a Sheriff record, Bastrop County says to use the BCSO Open Records route; for court files, contact the clerk for the court that maintains the case.
